Description

Unsharpened collector configuration. Sold and fulfilled unsharpened for adult collection and display only.

The workshop declares the steel as a damascus pattern-welded billet, clay-tempered. The workshop also states a hardness figure on its sheet; we do not publish hardness numbers we have not tested, so it is not reproduced here. The blade widens from the habaki toward the tip and thins along its axis.

Fittings are copper. Both the tsuka and the saya are covered in pearl rayskin, which is unusual — most saya in this line are lacquered hardwood. This blade ships unsharpened for display and collection.
