Yes. Email support@primekatana.com with the model you like and your ideas. We will confirm which options are possible, pricing and lead times before you order.
Yes. All pieces are supplied unsharpened for adult collection and display only (18+). We do not offer sharpening. These are full-size metal collectibles, not toys; an unsharpened edge does not make them harmless.
Checkout is handled by PayPal. Eligible buyers may also see a credit or debit card option on the PayPal page. Availability is decided by PayPal and depends on factors such as your country, card and device; guest card checkout is not guaranteed.
We ship to eligible U.S. addresses when checkout offers a rate. Allow an estimated 10–20 business days from payment confirmation to delivery, including processing and transit. This is not a guaranteed arrival date. Normal import duties and standard brokerage are included for eligible U.S. orders; sales tax is separate where required. Check local ownership and import rules before ordering.
Yes. Reasonable inspection does not cancel the 30-day return window; use, alteration, damage or missing parts can affect eligibility. Contact us for approval before returning anything. Approved returns go to China; you pay change-of-mind return shipping. For a verified defect, wrong item or transit damage, we cover reasonable return costs after review.
