Share a Verified Product Review

Prime Katana publishes customer feedback only when it can be tied to a real order. Reviews may be positive, neutral, or critical. We do not offer a discount in exchange for a positive rating.

How to submit a verified review

1. Wait until the order has been delivered and you have inspected the product.
2. Email support@primekatana.com from the address used at checkout.
3. Include your order number, product name, rating from 1–5, and your written review.
4. Photos or a short video are optional. State clearly whether Prime Katana may publish them.

What we verify

• The order exists and matches the reviewed product.
• The review was submitted after delivery.
• The reviewer gives permission for any name, initials, images, or video that appear publicly.

What we publish

We may correct obvious spelling or remove private information, but we do not change the meaning or suppress a review because it is critical. Order numbers, email addresses, shipping addresses, and other private details are never displayed.

What we do not accept

• Reviews for products the sender did not purchase.
• Copied, automated, paid, or fabricated testimonials.
• Threats, personal data, unrelated advertising, or instructions for unsafe or unlawful use.

For order damage, a wrong item, or a return request, use the support page instead of this review process so the issue can be handled promptly.
