Shipping

Every Prime Katana product currently offered is supplied unsharpened for adult collection and display only. The dimensions and construction declared on the individual product page govern packing, carrier handling and buyer responsibility.

Free shipping

We offer free shipping to eligible U.S. addresses when a free rate is shown at checkout. The method and any rate shown at checkout are the terms that apply to your order.

The parcel

Packaging varies by model. Long swords use fitted protective cartons; short swords and other workshop pieces use packaging sized to the item. Each blade is secured inside its saya and cushioned for international transit.

Delivery time

Allow 10–20 business days from payment confirmation to delivery at your U.S. address. That single estimate covers order processing and packing, dispatch from Longquan, international transit, normal U.S. customs clearance, and final U.S. delivery. It is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Holidays, weather, carrier backlog, remote addresses, or a customs inspection can add time.

Bladed articles and carrier rules

Carriers may apply special rules to swords even when they are unsharpened, and those rules vary by carrier and destination. A carrier may require an adult signature, and some addresses may not be serviceable. If checkout has no rate for your address, we cannot send the order there. If a paid order cannot be served, we will contact you and refund it. We will not misdeclare the contents.

Confirm your local rules before ordering

It is the buyer’s responsibility to know whether the sword shown on the listing can lawfully be delivered to, possessed at, and imported into the destination address. Rules can depend on edge state, blade length, transport, carry, or local restrictions. We cannot advise on the law in your jurisdiction and we cannot describe a shipment as anything other than what it is.

Tracking

When tracking is available we send it by email after the order ships. If a material delay occurs before dispatch, we will contact you.

Customs and duties

For eligible U.S. orders, import duties and standard brokerage are included in the price shown. Customers should not receive a separate import-duty or brokerage bill on delivery.

State or local sales tax is a separate matter. Where Shopify is required by law to collect sales tax, it is calculated and shown at checkout as a tax on the order. Sales tax is not an import duty, and duties being included in the price does not remove a sales tax that checkout is required to charge.

Shipping address

Give a complete, accurate shipping address before you place the order. We are not responsible for delay or failed delivery caused by an address you provided incorrectly.

Damage in transit

Photograph the carton before opening it if it arrives damaged, then email support@primekatana.com with your order number and those photographs. Do not discard the packaging until the claim is settled. Lost, damaged, or wrong items are reviewed the same way.

Returns

Return requests follow our Return and Refund Policy. Free outbound shipping does not include change-of-mind return shipping: the customer arranges and pays that return trip. We cover reasonable return shipping when the item is defective, wrong, or damaged in transit, in line with that policy.
