Design details

Metal furniture accents the mouth, kurikata and tip of the saya in the han-tachi style. The black lacquered cypress scabbard has a stone-textured finish, paired with black ito over synthetic rayskin and a matching black sageo. Silver-tone alloy fittings and a brass habaki provide the contrast.
