Description

A katana on a black lacquered saya carrying a painted bald eagle over a shield of the United States flag, with gold stars scattered along the length above and below it.

The blade is 5160 spring steel, mirror-polished by an eighteen-stage hand water-polish as declared by the workshop.

Black ito is wrapped over black same, with gold-tone menuki showing through the crossings. Fittings are zinc alloy in a gold tone; the sageo is black flecked with white.
