Description

A tachi with a pronounced 6 cm curvature, wrapped in powder-blue ito over white rayskin — an unusually light palette against a dark green-black saya carrying gold crest roundels.

The blade is T10, clay-tempered so the temper line is formed rather than printed, in a choppy notare pattern with a ko-maru kissaki. It tapers from 3.21 cm at the base to 2.5 cm at the tip, and from 0.77 cm to 0.51 cm in thickness. The yokote is simulated rather than cut.

Fittings are zinc alloy over synthetic rayskin, with a long patterned sageo in pale blue and white.
