Description

Red runs through all three layers here: carved red lacquer on the saya, a red tsuba at the guard, and red diamonds spaced along the black ito of the handle.

Unsharpened collector configuration. Sold and fulfilled unsharpened for adult collection and display only.

Patterned steel forms the blade, finished with a red tint and unsharpened before shipping. Its tang is one piece, pinned through the full length of the tsuka with mekugi.

Beyond that red tsuba, the mounts are zinc alloy and the habaki is brass.
